Gentle Yoga: Revitalize and restore your body in this beginner-friendly fundamental yoga class. Combining the basics of Yoga and steady breathing this class will gently help improve spinal alignment, increase flexibility, and build strength. Expect a slower paced class with basic postures and use of props. Gentle Yoga classes are the best fit if you have an injury, are feeling low energy, or are pregnant. This is a non-intimidating class good for all ages and experience levels.


Intermediate Yoga: When you feel comfortable and confident moving through basic postures and are ready to explore more challenging variations and poses, it's time to try our intermediate yoga class. Based on classical Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga, you will develop a balance of strength and flexibility through a sequence of poses designed to align your body and spirit. Not recommended for beginners or if you are suffering from an injury.


Yin Yoga: Focuses on stretching the deep tissue around the hips and lower spine through floor postures. Poses are relaxed and held for longer periods of time with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Suitable for all levels.


Restorative Yoga: These classes teach us to relax and rest deeply and completely. In this class props are used to support the body so that you can hold poses for longer periods of time allowing you to open up your body through passive stretching. The procedures are usually laying on your back or seated yoga poses with the addition of props that we provide - blocks, bolsters, and blankets - to eliminate any unnecessary straining. Great for beginners or those with injuries.


Meditation & Pranayama: there is nothing more important than to learn to relax quiet the mind and find a sense of peace and serenity. Meditation is the key. These classes introduce you to these ancient techniques to learn to meditate and breathe. "Pranac is your breath or life force energy and "yama" means to control or extend to dry out. Through learning breathing techniques one learns to control other areas of their life as well. We all need this in our lives!


Harmony Barre: This class uses basic ballet movements to tone thighs, burn fat, and lift the seat. The benefits of this class including improving posture, strengthening the abdominals, and lengthening the muscles to create a long, lean body. Good for all levels.


Yoga/Barre Fusion:  Increase balance, strength, and flexibility in this fun blend of yoga and barre. This class puts a unique spin on traditional yoga by incorporating the use of a ballet barre. Mixing elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training- the moves are choreographed to motivating music. This class has been developed with many modifications and is suitable for all levels!


Barefoot Zumba: Zumba turns dancing to Latin and World music into a full-body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance/ flexibility, and boosted energy. This class has been specifically modified to be low-impact, allowing you to dance comfortably and safely in bare feet while still obtaining all the benefits and fun Zumba has to offer!

To support harmony in our classes, PLEASE:


  • ARRIVE 15 minutes before class to get settled. NO LATE ENTRY
  • Upon entering the studio, talking should be kept to a minimum and always at a whisper
  • No re-entry if you leave the class
  • Sign in at front desk for each class -even if you are taking multiple classes
  • Place ALL you personal belongings on the shelves provided






The Spinealine mat was developed by Harmony HB owner Jan Palmer. It is created to aid in finding the correct position for your practice of Yoga, Martial Arts, or Stretching resulting in muscle symmetry and spinal alignment. When you strengthen your muscles in the correct position; you then, in turn, maintain that proper form thus resulting in good posture.
